Potatoes and Produce.
I love potatoes. Mashed, fried, boiled, broiled, roasted, or implanted with an AI like GLaDOS. But I especially love roasted red potatoes.
They're super simple to make: cut up into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil and whichever spices you prefer.
I also love produce. I'm trying to incorporate more vegetables into my diet, and keep many of them organic. These tiny tomatoes were delicious.
I'm making veggie shepherd's pie at the moment, with more red potatoes! Also heavy on the veggies, but this time from the freezer.
How do you incorporate more vegetables into your daily meals?
