We ended last week with an amazing food trip to Disney: lunch at Be Our Guest in New Fantasyland, then "dinner" at the Flower & Garden Festival in Epcot where we sampled food from all over the World Showcase! We're stepping back and getting back to vegan meals for the this week before we celebrate Paul's birthday at Disney on Saturday. I've got some great things planned for the special visit! friday: potato & leek soup (a delicious treat from Be Our Guest that I want to turn vegan!)
